Note on Data: Rehydra is a local-first privacy tool. While we process data locally on your device to provide redaction services, we do not claim ownership of the data you process through our SDK or Extension. You retain full ownership and responsibility for ensuring your data processing activities comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR).

4. Limitation of Liability

ascenue GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss or integration errors. We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse our infrastructure.
